Set above the coastline at Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel, Sully's Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant hospitality destination designed by Brisbane-based Studio Raso Interior Design. Combining modern Australian dining, cocktails and expansive vistas, the venue draws inspiration from its surroundings. Warm natural materials, organic forms and layered textures create a relaxed yet elevated setting that invites guests to settle in and stay a while.

Our fabrics play an integral role in the design and guest experience, delivering comfort, durability and performance through considered upholstery selections. Willa Orange, a dual-toned stripe with UV, stain and water-resistant properties, covers the custom rooftop lounges, bringing quintessential resort style and bold colour to the open-air setting.

Inside, Casablanca Terra wraps the booth seating. A Halo Easy Care upholstery suitable for heavy commercial environments, it features an intricate sand-inspired linear design that introduces tactility, warmth and intimacy to the restaurant interior. 

Studio Raso Interior Design paired the fabric selections with hickory timbers, brass fixtures, wrapped rope details, basket-woven lighting, lush greenery and neutrals to create a cohesive scheme connected to its coastal surrounds. Generous seating encourages guests to relax and enjoy the panoramic views from day through to sunset. Every element has been thoughtfully considered to enhance the atmosphere and create a space that feels sophisticated and connected to its surrounding environment.
