Drapery Linings
A quality lining will help preserve the main drapery fabrics lifespan, preventing degradation and fading and can offer many other benefits such as noise reduction and blackout properties.
At Warwick we are proud to offer a tried and true linings range, some of these products have been in our range for over 20 years. We are committed to offering the best quality acrylic coated drapery products, tested to the highest performance standards. Traditionally, acrylic coated drapery products cannot be washed, however we have tested our acrylic coating and it can withstand up to ten washes — a unique quality in the market.
Instead of using silicone, we use acrylic backing on our 3-pass drapery backing option as it is more durable, eco-friendly and commercial grade. It is also stronger with a soft and pliable finish, provides stability to certain fabrics, is 100% block out for light, increases resistance to seam slippage, features superior thermal and noise insulation, does not self-adhere, and is also washable.

Cushion Inners
We now offer three cushion inner fill options, across three sizes.
Not all cushion inners are made equal, and choosing the right insert will ultimately make all the difference to how your Weave cushions look and feel. Cushion preference is personal — like choosing a bed pillow. At Warwick and Weave, we like to give our customers choice. This is why we offer three inner options: WeaveFill, premium New Zealand feather and down and our latest New Zealand wool cushion inner. Any of these options make our beautiful Weave cushions even more luxurious and comfortable in your home.
New Zealand Wool
Our wool pearl fill undergoes a unique crimping process, mimicking the wools natural crimp. This results in a finished product that has 40 - 50% more volume than regular wool, with no added weight. These cushion inners are extremely soft yet highly resilient and will maintain their loft over time. Filled by hand and to perfection in Tamaki Makaurau, the pure cotton shells are piped and have a YKK zip.
New Zealand Feather and Down
The feather gives a premium weight to your cushions and can be easily moulded to suit your comfort requirements. As feathers will flatten and mould to your body when you lie on them, a little maintenance is required as you will need to plump your feather cushions to ‘fluff’ them up regularly.
Our premium feather inners are made from 100% white duck feather with a 100% cotton down proof cover. This means no feathers will pierce the cover and escape into your living room. We have worked hard with our suppliers to deliver the most ethical, certified and hygienically sourced feathers, adhering to the Responsible Down Standard certification and completing a supply chain traceability audit.
WeaveFill
The WeaveFill Micro blend is a far superior option to the polyester dacron fill that is commonly supplied.
Our special blend of microfibre yarns will stay plump and pert, yet soft and supportive with many people preferring this to traditional feather due to their density and pliability. The micro blend cushion inserts have the perfect blend of synthetic microfibres to look feel and perform just like a traditional feather, and yes, by nature, they are ethically sourced and cruelty-free — being the perfect vegan alternative. The microfibre is encased and finished with a premium cotton cover to allow machine washable and tumble dry care instructions. These inners are also odourless, mildew proof and hypoallergenic — a great choice for those who suffer from allergies.
Wool Quilt Inners
Our Weave wool quilt inners are filled with 350gsm 100% New Zealand wool and encased in pure cotton. Made in New Zealand for New Zealand conditions. Enjoy quality sleep with this superbly temperate, natural fibre quilt range.
Designed and made in New Zealand for New Zealand sleepers, the wool filling is lightly needle punched, meaning no bunching or lumping and an even dispersion of wool. The pure Japara cotton, down-proof quilted casing has loops on each corner to work with our Weave Ravello quilt ties. It comes in a premium cotton canvas duffle bag for easy storage and premium retail merchandising.
Black Cat Webbing
Manufactured by Intes of Italy for prestige furniture manufacturers throughout the world, the Black Cat® Cushion Support System is recognised by the furniture industry for its extreme resilience and high comfort support. These characteristics significantly extend the life of furniture seat cushions. Black Cat®’s greatest attribute is it’s reputation for increasing the life of foam seat cushions. It provides a cushion support foundation that will always offer sufficient “give” when body weight is applied.

Tritan Moisture Barrier
Tritan is a full range of high performance, easy clean fabrics with water repellent and anti-microbial characteristics for aged care, hospitality and commercial upholstery applications. The PU backing is applied in Australia combining international commercial fabric standards, with the benefits of prompt supply and reduced costs.
All Tritan fabrics offer significant advantages including fire retardant properties, commercial grade abrasion rating, resistance to liquid absorption, anti-microbial properties, and prevention of dust mite infestation. Tritan’s easy clean fabric surface provides a solution to maintenance and long-term aesthetics of furniture.
