What is the difference between a Website User Login and a Trade Account?
Anyone can create a website user login account and we invite you to sign up today to help streamline your next decorating project.
Trade Accounts have further functionality such as checking stock levels, ordering, account access and viewing test results and technical information. Trade Accounts are subject to an approval process.
How do I login to an existing account?
If you have an existing Website User Login or Trade Account with us, you can login with your email address and password here. Our website will recognise any existing email addresses linked to a Trade Account or Website User Login.
If you have forgotten your password at any stage, you can reset your password using your email address. Simply click reset my password via the login page here.

How do I apply for a Warwick Trade Account?
If you have never traded with Warwick previously, we invite you to apply for a Trade Account. To open a Trade account, simply click on Login which is located at the top right hand corner of the page, click on the Sign Up button and follow the steps, selecting from the options under Apply for Trade Account.
You will be asked to download and complete the applicable trade account application form and email it to us at accountsreceivable@warwick.co.nz
In the meantine, your website user login will be automatically created. We will send you an email asking you to verify your email address. Follow the link provided to finalise the website user login signup process. Please note, while we process your trade account application form, you will only have a Website User Login and wont be able to order fabric and check stock.
We will contact you regarding trade account access once your application has been received and processed.
What are your Trade Account payment terms?
Warwick Fabrics are supplied to furniture trade customers on a wholesale only basis according to the following terms:
Approved Credit Account: Strictly net 30 days from statement date.
Cash Account: In the absence of approved credit arrangements payment for all goods must be made prior to the release of goods for delivery. We reserve the right to withhold supply of goods unless these terms have been met.

What are the Warwick Website Account Permission Tiers?
We have different website permission levels for different customers. Our Accounts Department will assign a website permission tier level when a Website User Login and Trade Account is created.
Tier 1 - Trade Account holder, stock check, ordering, account access, PDF visibility, create project boards with Favourites and access to order 5 free cuttings in 24 hours.
Tier 2 - Trade Account holder, stock check, ordering, PDF visibility, create project boards with Favourites and access to order 5 free cuttings in 24 hours.
Tier 3 - Trade Account holder, stock check, PDF visibility, create project boards with Favourites and access to order 5 free cuttings in 24 hours.
Tier 4 - General public (website user login) with access to order 5 free cuttings in 24 hours and create project boards with Favourites.
How to sign up for a Website User Login (Tier 4)
You don’t have to be a member of trade to login to our website, anyone can create a website user login and we invite you to sign up today to help streamline your next decorating project.
To open a website account, simply click on Login which is located at the top right hand corner of the page, click on the Sign Up button and follow the steps, selecting Website Account.
How to sign up for a Website User Login (Tier 4)
CHECK STOCK AND ORDERING
A Trade Account customer with Tier 1 or Tier 2 permission level can order fabric, hardware or Weave products online.
If the product is in stock, you will have full visibility of stock levels, available dye lots and you can select your own piece.
To check stock availability in our Auckland warehouse, click Check Stock when you're on a fabric product page.
To request a cutting, click Request Cutting, then Add to Cart and a cutting will be added to your cart. Please note, there is a daily limit of 5 cuttings. You need to be logged in regardless of your login tier type.
ORDER QUANTITIES
You will need to have a Trade Account with Tier 1 or 2 permission level to order fabrics. You can mix your order with cuttings, fabrics, leather, hardware and webbing - whatever you like. Please be aware of the order quantity types below when placing orders:
Cuttings: There is a daily limit of 5 cuttings for all customers. You need to be logged in regardless of your login tier type.
Fabric: Qty 1 = 1 metre. Please note our minimum order is 1mtr. For orders in excess of 100 mtrs of a single product a member of our team will be in contact to confirm availability.
Leather: We sell leather by the whole hide. Please note our standard hides are approx. 5.5 square mtrs. If uncertain please order full hide from the piece lot drop down.
Hardware: Hardware can be ordered by the unit/each.
Webbing: We sell webbing by the roll which is 100m per roll. You can also order a whole carton which consist of 3 rolls.
