Do you sell direct to the public?
Unfortunately no, Warwick is an upholstery and drapery fabric wholesaler and only sells directly to furniture trade customers on a wholesale basis. However, we welcome the public to browse our range, order cuttings and find inspiration from any of our showrooms around Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
How do I select and purchase your fabric?
To select a fabric, visit one of our showrooms where our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you. Please note appointments are not necessary for our showrooms, however please note our trading hours.
Alternatively, browse a selection of our fabrics online. To purchase your fabric, please contact your local upholsterer or retailer.

Are the images on the Warwick website accurate for colour and scale?
Please note that the flat shots on our website are intended as a visual representation only. All designs are not 100% to scale and should be looked at in conjunction with the pattern repeat figures. Additionally, whilst every effort is made to represent colours accurately on-screen, we cannot guarantee exact colour match due to variance in monitor calibration. It is recommended that a cutting be requested for colour and scale prior to any placement of orders.
How can I find a retailer near me?
Unfortunately we are not able to refer you to a business. We suggest the use of local web search facilities or yellow pages for your local supplier under Furnishing Retailers, Decorators and Upholsterers www.yellowpages.co.nz
How do I obtain a sample of fabric?
You can obtain a fabric sample by calling Customer Service on 0800 922 000, or by browsing our collections online and adding to your shopping cart. You may request up to 7 fabric samples. They will be sent to you free of charge, New Zealand wide.
How can I request a brochure?
To request a brochure, call Warwick on 0800 922 000 or 09 477 3080 or email us. PDF copies are also available on our brochures page.
How often do you add new products to your collection?
Due to the constantly evolving nature of fashion we are frequently updating and changing our fabrics and collections to ensure we always have something new and exciting to show you.
How do I open an account or trade with Warwick?
To open an account with Warwick you can contact us here or on 0800 922 000 or 09 477 3080. If you wish to set up an account online you can complete a Request Login form. Within a few business days, a Warwick representative will contact you to finalise the setting up of your account.
What are your payment terms?
Warwick fabrics are supplied to furniture trade customers on a wholesale only basis according to the following terms:
Approved Credit Account: Strictly net 30 days from statement date.
No Approved Credit Account: In the absence of approved credit arrangements payment for all goods must be made prior to the release of goods for delivery. We reserve the right to withhold supply of goods unless these terms have been met.
What is your delivery fee?
Warwick delivers fabrics freight-free nationwide for all orders in excess of NZ$900 value. Excluded are “close-out” shipments and customer requested urgent deliveries.
Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel orders which have been specifically imported by prior negotiation. We are, however, able at times to cancel orders, provided the goods have not been cut or dispatched. Warwick cannot be held liable for goods supplied correctly to order and subsequently cancelled by the end purchaser. Please direct all requests for cancellation to the Warwick office in your State.
What is your return policy?
Returns can only be accepted if the fabric is not in accordance with your order, the fabric is uncut and is returned within ten (10) days from receipt of goods.
What are your minimums?
The minimum order size is 1 linear metre. We cut to the nearest 10cm.
I can't get the Warwick website to view properly, how can I fix this?
Our website will display differently depending on the browser you are using, unfortunately this is a universal problem not limited to the Warwick website. Our website works best on Google Chrome but is also programmed to work on Internet Explorer 9 or later. If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or older our website will not work correctly. We recommend that you upgrade your browser to either the latest version of Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
